Cusco is best known as the city close to Machu Picchu. There are other archeological sites in the area. They are definitely worth a visit. If you can get passed the name confusing.
When you have lived a week in budget hotels where warm water isn’t available, arriving in a nice hotel might cloud my judgment a little too optimist. A review nevertheless:
