Peking, Beijing, at last. My first days in the city. Love on the first sight. Who would have thought that?
Arrival in Beijing, China! After thousands of kilometers on the train, crossing many borders since London, I made it to the first big stop on my Trans Europe and Asia journey.

The history of the Trans Siberian Railway goes back to the end of the 19th century. Tsar Alexander III began construction of the railway we still use today.
Koen’s new journey is about to start. This time it’s all about exploring Europe and Asia. Wherever possible, I’ll be trying to travel by train or ferry. A slower way of traveling should bring a nice pace to collect some impressions and meet some people.
