About Koen Blanquart
A day where we travel below the 46th parallel.
An interesting, non-typical day.
A rainy day in our New Zealand adventure today. We end it at a very coze lodge in Te Anau.
Today, we leave the deserted glaziers, and arrive in the most touristy town on the journey: Queenstown.
In today’s adventures : hiking. (period)
Near Franz Jozef Glazier Today: We trade the sea for the mountains, get attacked by sandflies and are remembered that 16 degrees is actually not so warm…
In today’s adventures: the apples story, the Motueka valley and its police officers, and we conclude with a big pile of pancakes.
Today, our New Zealand adventures bring us in the Abel Tasman National Park. We travel by kayak to unseen beauty.
The day today started early. One can not leave Kaikoura without trying to see a whale up close. That is, unless the day is stormy and one is suffering from seasickness.
