Waterfalls are a photographers best friend. As long as there is a way to keep the gear out of the water, I’m game!
The Iguazu Falls are located on the border between Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. They are 1/3 larger than the Niagara falls. (last visit: 2016)
The Purakaunui Falls in New Zealand are not the largest I have seen, but they are so pretty. The fact they are in a shade most of the day also allows to spend a little more time, and allows for a longer shuttertime.

These waterfalls on the border of Canada and the USA are probably amongst the best known falls in the world. I wasn’t too impressed with the lac of conservation of the environment on the Canadian side.

The highest waterfall in Yosemite National Park is Yosemite Falls, dropping a total of 2,425 feet from the top of the upper fall to the base of the lower fall.
My to-do list in water falls include:

Aysén del General Carlos Ibáñez del Campo, Chile
